Petition: Drop Housing Plot Prices

A lot of players who aren't legacy will take a long time to get the amounts posted. The Gil farmers are going to increase ten fold over this.

Ummm, I think you read the patch notes wrong, did you even see the Legacy prices? I'm on Aegis, the cheapest house is 40 million and the big house is 625 million, SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE MILLION........SE has lost their freakin' minds. Wife and I have been saying things like, woo 3 weeks until housing, and, l can't wait until I buy this furnishing and that furnishing... and now all of that is thrown out into the garbage, all of it, thanks a whole freakin' lot SE, in 2 minutes I went from excitement to completely losing interest in housing (no point in wanting what one can never have, thanks for showing me videos and pictures of crap I can't have SE, nice touch in waiting until nearly last minute to snatch it all away from us.)

Holy crap SE. It's like you're in league with the RMT's to get even more of our money. How the hell do your expect anyone to be able to afford that? Btw are you going to add an extra day to every ones account for being down for 24 hours straight for this patch?

SE, the circulation of Gil in the game DOES NOT equate to the stupid price tags you just posted. My FC is about 20 people strong, with 2 Master Crafter's who CRAFT for MONEY. Too bad that you allowed a Free Market economy and the majority of kids don't understand profit margins and supply and demand. Crafter's, bots, and RMT have over-saturated the Markets, making any avenue of profit a fraction of what it once was.

You might as well drop the prices now, on all servers.

Thanks for giving us content that one, you got everyone's hopes up for and two, you completely took away from the MAJORITY of your player base. Makes me really question your Marketing department and the people you have working in it who thought this was a good idea.

Sitting by and accepting this sort of thing isn't right, SE has made a mistake and we need to show them so.
Regardless of weather new ways of making Gil are incoming with 2.1, or that those prices will drop by tiny amounts, a starting price that high is beyond insane, take the example of ebay, bids start low then after the bidding war the prices are high, give us the chance to bid for them rather than alienate most of the playerbase with these unacceptable prices.

This looks like it's 1.0 again. Brilliant start, and then ruined update after update. Excellent work SE. Do you remember how well that worked out for you? You must have gotten hundreds of thousands of subscriptions extra when you... oh... wait. It was a disaster that made everyone quit, wasnt it?

Dont even bother adding my name to this petition. I dont care anymore. If this is how we're going to be treated, then SE can stuff this game where even a Chocobo's digging cant reach it.

These prices may cause players to quit the game and thus reduce the money that you are making from loyal subs. Stupid move SE!!!

My small FC will never meet the gil requirements as they are set now and I can think of 2 maybe 3 FC's that could meet the absurd requirements for the lowest level of housing.

When my FC saw the prices on our server, we laughed ourselves nearly to tears. The cost is too damn high! We were really looking forward to getting a house for our FC, but it'll be months before we can afford one (cheapest on our server is 4M). TOO DAMN HIGH.

We are a pretty small FC, so we don't have a lot of ppl contributing.

SE, I don't think you put a lot of thought into your initial pricing. Looking at the total gil in circulation or overall economy of a server, unfortunately overlooks a very large demographic(small-medium sized FC's) as well as the ENTIRE RMT INDUSTRY.

I am in a fairly small FC, about 60 total players. Some of us spent lots of time gathering, crafting, and making money, while others spent time leveling nothing but battle classes. While we have managed to pool enough to buy a cottage, but it feels like a waste to put 8mil down on something small. The jump to 30 and 100 is a hard pill to swallow. So you have put out a HUGE part of this patch that many of us will not be able to enjoy for months. You are also encouraging RMT GIL BUYING by placing such a desirable carrot so far out of reach. So while all we have to do is keep saving over the next 3 months (and I think it was supposed to be .14% devaluation) I think the prices should be adjusted so we can enjoy this content now.
