No Black Dyes?

I was very excited when I saw the list of "New dyes have been added." Then I realized, they still didn't add an actual black dye. Yes, we have a dye with the word black in it, but that is more of a dark grey. Compare soot right next to the Herklaedi armor and you will see the differance. Soot, it is at best a half-baked black.

So, this is just a comment; Square Enix, please, give us a real black dye.

I know what you mean; indeed, the dye colors available are too limited overall. For what it's worth, and I know you know this - the "Ink Blue" looks black unless / until you stand next to something that really is black.

Still waiting. I hope to hear something soon about this. I would be happier if they would just fix the female Odin armor... I have a #^%#ing codpiece!

I think the Soot Black is pretty darn close...it looks black to me. I have not stood next to something else that is black but I hear you...they put way too many colors that are "Out There" and seem to have left out the "Good" Colors...I do not get that, thank god for Snow White...Loved puting my Healer in that...she looked bad ass!!!

Compare soot black to Magitek mount or black hair and you'll see a major difference. Soot black is dark grey in my opinion. I just use Ink Blue for my armor to look darker. They should just make a color called Pitch Black and make it the same color of the Magitek mount. I've stop buying soot black just in case they make a darker black.

Dark grey is pretty much faded black, like my overused t-shirts.
