So they don't spawn any time on the third day after they were killed? Do they have a set timer? or is it just vague wait and see if they pop whenever?

It does drop from Garuda Extreme. She will drop the Nightmare whistle used to summon it. I'm guessing it's a rare drop.

I think some translations are messed up or whatever @.@

Nachtmähre is also another word for Alptraum in germany. Mähre = Mare (latin)
