SPOILERS - Main Storyline discussion

This is more a discussion about current events and possible future development than an actual suggestion thread or something like that, just so you know right away .

For those who already finished all main quests, I'm pretty sure there are some questions left in the air.

- For Limsa Lominsa storyline, what is that "key" used for? Maybe it's needed to control Leviathan? Maybe something more than that? Why wasn't it even mentioned again after R15 quest? What happened to Travanchet after he stole it?

- In Uldah - Did you notice that thing that guy (sorry, I really don't remember the name of the NPC, lol) ran away in the end looks - EXACTLY - the same as Limsa Lominsa's key, but is not mentioned as something like that at any point? Also, how is he going to run to Ala Mhigo if Ala Mhigo is currently off limits to everyone the Garlean Empire? Is he really a spy from Garlemald?

- Gridania's initial quest line is the only one that "ended" without many loose points. Still wanting more Yda =D.

Then

- Why are the Garleans so bent in attacking the beastraces and preventing Primal Summonings? Do you think it's possible they are actually "good guys" trying to prevent something bad?

- It's often mentioned that the Garleans are not the true menace. So, who is? Ascians? Paragons? The Beast Tribes?

- Where did anyone see the Imperial Legatus's name? "Zulvan" is not mentioned anywhere in the game, lol.

- Are there any other groups like the Ala Mhigo Resistance?

- What is sleeping below Mor Dhona?


and finally

- ...when do we get to have an actual hard battle, such as a Primal Battle? >_>.

That's pretty much everything I believe has been left in the open currently. This pretty much means that we probably are halfway into the main vanilla story, maybe even less.

i know right? over 8 years have past and we're still the "silent stand and do nothing in the Cutscene character" i wanna see the player character actually pick up a weapon and get into a sword lock with Zulvan or something >>

Well, it was 4 on 1 against that guy and the "hero team" still pretty much lost =P

I would have CON tanked for them
and they could haved used a few heals.

IMO, if stoneskin2 can nullify a Guivre's breath attack, it should be able to block a cannon!

Considering he's a General, he probably isn't even the most powerful stuff the Garleans have to use against us.
