Its a fix, not a nerf. Double dipping was never intended.
Nerfs are changes to things that WERE intended but devs changed their mind. A Fix is a change to something that was never intended, to make it work how it IS intended.

Yeah, its a bit of a nitpick. But I see these 2 terms being used interchangeably way too often on these forums.
