GC quest, Gilding the Bilious bugged.

The quest NPC Willemus outside of aurum vale on Gilgamesh is non responsive when you try to talk to him.

Same problem we had with some other story NPC's in the coerthas area not too long ago.

I to am having this problem, trying to open up my GC but can't continue. Everything Fiorana said is whats happening.

I am having a similar issue with same npc yet with a different quest. Any attempts to talk with him only respond with a slight darkening of my action bar and no response.

This happened yesterday - reset the quest, logged off/on, etc. Willielmus has the need to speak to you icon over his head but clicking on him does nothing. I also reported this bug in-game as well.
