what leves award shards? only item i have ever gotten from any fieldcraft leve is a Cordial.

The following changes have been made to actions and statuses:

why weaken this spell? for PvP purposes? i can understand that. but honestly the spell is already weak as it is. it already causes too much enmity for such a weak spell. and you make it weaker... why?
Thunder can no longer be used as an additional skill by Disciples of Magic.
i am just curious why do this? it does not seem significant.
Status affliction resistances will now begin counting after the last corresponding status affliction is received.

Damage-over-time actions that target the ground such as Flaming Arrow and Shadow Flare will now break sleep and bind effects.
i don't understand how this is any different then what currently happens. i play with BRD in AK a lot. and their Flaming/Shadow Arrow has always broken sleep/bind effects.
In light of the above increase in EXP yield, link bonuses no longer apply in instanced dungeons so as not to affect enemy placement.
what are link bonuses? and how do they affect enemy placement?
The following changes have been made to pet actions:
When set to Obey and Steady, pets will only execute actions when commanded, and will remain in the Steady stance.
does this mean my Carbuncle won't even Gust on its own when using Obey now?

Hotbars that are called by simultaneously holding LT + RT, or L2 + R2, can now be registered.
i am a PS3 player and don't even know what LT or RT is. do you mean L1 and R1? or maybe L3 and R3? also i don't understand this feature.
If the XHB control setting is set to "Toggle," XHB will become inactrivae when the new window pops.

Actions, such as autorun or registering cross hotbars, that require L1 + LB to be held down simultaneously will be unavailable while L2 + R2 and LB + RB cross hotbars are activated.

It is no longer possible to access subcommands by pressing the confirm button with a character selected.
Subcommands can be accessed by right-clicking the mouse, or pressing the x button/ □ button on the gamepad/controller.
please don't contradict yourself. the X button IS the confirm button. can we or can we not open the sub-menu on a selected player with the X button? currently we can. and it's just awful.
A "Display log message" checkbox has been added to the emote menu.
Unchecking this box will hide emote messages from your log.
