My AOE rotation is like this (no CD)

first cycle full mana
fire 3 fire 2 till low mana flare transpose

now in umbral ice 1 the basic idea is
fire 3 (if more mana recovered than needed put fire 2) flare transpose

Absolutely no need to fill mana, absolutely no need to cast anything while in UI1 that is not fire3

if i have SC it's used on first flare(pretty much every pull starter)

if i have convert (one pull yes one pull no more or less) my first cycle is
F3 F2 till low mana SC flare convert flare transpose

I outdamage any whimp going for blizzard2 prepatch with eye closed
