I just saw a new trend with Turn 5 where people are using class base instead of job base to kill Twin and clear Turn 5 in 5min.
How did they do it?

I would assume whatever the strategy, the people have already beaten Twintania. I don't think the loss of power from going from Relic +1 down to garuda/titan weapons can be made up by any cross-class actions. Not to mention the class can't use myth token gear (minus accessories), so they'd need to make do with crafted 70 sets and whatever allagan has dropped for them.
