Which FCs will be purchasing Land for FC housing?

I'm just curious how many of you out there are going to purchase the FC housing.

If you look here it shows the pricing for the land plots prices going from 6.4mil~100mil depending on which grade land you're purchasing and how big the plot is going to be.

Personally the Star Onion Brigade (my FC) will probably get the 8mil 1st grade small house since we're about 10~12 active members.

what are you guys getting and which FC?

I was bored enough to whip out a formula to calculate how much the final price after each decay.
The exact decay percentage is 0.143969% but for simplicity we'll use 0.14%
ex) y=8000000(1-0.0014)^x
so here the 8mil is the initial price and x is interval with 6 hours being 1 interval. So as the patch note stated (with their 14% being horribly incorrect)

y=8000000(1-0.0014)^40 (10 days would be 40 intervals, decay)
it would be 7988800gil to purchase a 8mil house after 1 decay.

you can also use it to estimate when you will buy the house. Like... let's say you have 5mil waiting on the 8mil to decay down to your price range.
5000000=8000000(1-0.0014)^x to calculate the number of decays.
> 0.625=(0.9986)^x
and just do log on both sides to solve the x.
when rounded up it becomes 336 decays which is 84 days to buy a 8mil landplot with 5mil.

For any priced house, if you want to buy it at their cheapest (Half the price) it'll be 123.6= 124 days of decays passed.
