This is just unacceptable we are paying to play not Freeze in and hard reset!

ok I feel I have been quite and patient enough since re-release to now patch 2.1 we have had numerous issue's "but hey new MMO launch, maintenance, fixes yada yada..."

I kept telling myself "just look forward to" better days and new awesome content! right! but what do I get a game that freeze's every other zone while I am just walking riding my choco, questing or talking to an npc and any other action that should otherwise be a breeze!

It kills me because I hate to be the one to complain but at this point I can't even effectively play a game I am PAYING to play.

(this isn't complaining about any feature of the game this is complaining that the game itself is unplayable due to major game crashes and freeze's numerous times online)

I love patch 2.1 aside from the clusterF&%K that is PVP, the quests new content and dungeons are a breath of fresh air!

now if only my game didn't freeze all the time, I could take the time to breath in that fresh air you have provided me! I wont pull my sub for content error's, I wont pull my sub for childish class issues, I wont pull my sub for lack of content, I wont pull my sub for nerfs to classes, I wont pull my sub for your lack of decent communication!

but I will pull my sub if you can't provide me a "PLAYABLE" game, because after all that is what I am paying for correct! Please provide some feed back or anything on this issue as it is getting annoying now!


edit: just to note I hadn't had any issue with lag or freezing before this patch -_-

That's not fair to simply blame SE for your game crashing, most including my LS have actually found the game to be "more" stable then prior to the patch. There are numerous factors outside the control of SE that could be causing your game to crash. What have you done to actually troubleshoot the game? Have you updated your system, video drivers, firmware, anything? Start there so you can at least give them something to go on other than a b%$^$ fest about what you are or are not paying for.
