I'm disgusted with the bard nerf.

I don't worry over changes like this that come down to a difference of 10% or less... Bards I've played with mostly don't keep RoD up as much as I do, and even I don't keep it up constantly. I really only use it when there are 3 or more enemies, usually when I get a TP-free shot from that other AoE we have (yes, I know--I''m a terrible player). There's really no point in using it on a single or duo mob that will die quickly anyway. Now, in speed runs, yeah, it's useful, but you usually can't do that unless you have someone casting sleep anyway, eh? Either way, I'm not bothered.

It's more to keep the big hits down. Think Titan or rage-moding ADS. The main theme of these adjustments seem to be making sure we can't nerf Bosses' big hits down to more manageable levels. No more virus rotations, no ROD etc.

Ah, okay. No one has ever requested that of me, nor have I ever noticed anyone doing that. I rarely see a BRD using RoD during Titan. But, I am a 2.0 player, so I'm still learning. And, what you pointed out does make sense. I guess it doesn't matter now, though.
