    Always kind of disliked using RoD anyway if only because I have enough of my TP being consumed, so I don't really mind that they altered it.....but what kind of shit is reducing evasion? I mean, make it something with some kind of practical use for the TP cost and not an additional effect I feel free to ignore altogether.

    Unless SE plans on adding some crazy evasive monsters to the game.

    I know very few who play war to it's capacity and are good at it. Besides most coil groups I've seen use 2 plds. Mine does use a war as the OT but pretty much every posted vid I've watched for coil uses 2 pld standard.
    Oh and btw u non brd, rod is aoe so everything in range that is hit by it gets the rod effect or did til patch.

    IS reducing enemy evasion by 10% equals to increase accuracy by 10% too?if it is, well thats quite a buff u know esp with some nerf to BiS gears with tons of accuracy
