    Seriously you made a thread to complain about pointless changes that hardly affect us

    - Rain of Death now gives -10% enemy eva instead of -10% enemy attack (with 100% acc isn't that useless?).
    Was only ever really used as a free tp attack with proc anyway -damage wasn't ever needed

    - Shadowbind recast increased from 12 to 40 (was this even necessary?)
    Seriously shadowbind does no damage and most mobs (all bosses) are resistant

    - Hawk's Eye now has 100% acc (don't we already have that pretty much?)
    Technically its a buff therefore not a nerf >.>

    - Blood for blood reduced to 10% in cross-job.
    Sucks a bit but 10% less for 20seconds isnt really that much of an issue

    - Internal release reduced from 20% to 10% in cross job.
    Considering the insane crit we get anyway 10% reduction again isnt going to make much difference

    overall the changes make almost no impact on our dd capability and no nerfs to songs mean their use isnt going to change.

    Wow. RoD was bard's most useful utility skill. There isn't boss in coil for which it isn't super good to keep up.

    As a healer I always appreciated if a brd would make use of this ability and as brd I made a habit of keeping it up. :/

    They just made turn 4 and 5 a lot harder by nerfing rain of death. Thanks for all the cry to nerf bard people... you reap what you sow.

    The nerf RoD and the change to virus really affect everyone. It actually makes things a lot harder. Thing is I'm not sure there's an alternative to RoD and virus. Tanks are gonna drop more often in T5 without those supporting abilities.

    Storm's Path got the 10% Damage Debuff, which means that WAR + PLD is the Best selection.

    Except on you know, burn phases. Such as Conflags, Dreadknights, and snakes. Where some groups (even my own) sometimes only just break conflags as they explode.

    I am just amused at how much people complained about BRD damage being too high and being too mobile and needing a damage nerf so they can "realize their true role as support." Our nerfs to our cross-class abilities can be shrugged off for the most part, but the developers go ahead and nerf one of our best utilities that benefit the entire group and some people have the gall to walk into this thread and say that the RoD nerf was either justified or harmless? Do these people even realize what RoD offered?

    I'm a little concerned though, that the person I quoted is also a BRD and could not comprehend the benefits our "old" RoD provided.

    I know full well that Rod can be useful however it was never a necessary skill it was never OMG use Rod we need the debuff in any of the turns, it seems pointless to change the skill thats the biggest issue here really of all skills to change why this skill, but the overall impact is minimal really.

    Also if you look at all the job changes collectively it seems that they have been made to make warrior more desirable, rather than omg my job has been nerfed look at the bigger picture so many players are really narrow sighted. fyi those that didnt look warrior now has a skill to reduce enemy damage we havent lost the ability to cause the debuff and monk has a damage increase as a party the changes are relatively small and imo have succeeded in balancing the jobs.
