( *Let's Challenge It! ) whatever direction this takes remember this is Fiction and Fantasy, a short-tale, and I've got an ways to go myself... its all in good fun to explore the possibilities )

Today's Short Story-tale #1: Using The Bow as a DoL I don't know which would fit the 3; Botanist, Miner, Fisher, so lets think outside the box for now (*from whats know currently). If it was implied what could might happen? can it be defined as a new class? or job? or maybe something else entirely. As the user of the tool "Bow" is currently Archer only, however, what if the feelings/thoughts put into it are different, and the usage is different. As purposes differ greatly, to live, to understand, and to keep the balance in Eorzea.

The bow is long and it's different from what he's use to using as to the Hatchet/Scythe.
To challenging himself and to explore the true depths of his gathering profession; "Hunting and Gathering" or "Protection of Wild Life" all is toward the *beasties. "It sure is hot today" says Dras, "wonder if I can do it yesterday was no good at all" he looks around himself to see if anyone is around ... there is no one ..."Alright!" picking up his bow he brought from the Market Ward, and laying down his current gathering tools next to a tree ... he needed to be careful if any other fellow adventurers saw him with an Bow they might laugh at his efforts, it also was uncommon for an Disciple of the Land to use it after all, let alone go hunting.... A "Sirocco" was his goal, it might be an easy target to Disciple of War but to an DoL it's a would be challenge. Dras came to "gathering/hunting" and to gain understanding of the magnificent creature "Sirocco" even more, as well that he'd was sure have many failed attempts; practice , practice and practicing, its an trial and error process....
