Confused about Patch notes, Moogle weapons ilvl75?

I thought in the past live letters Yoshi and the team said the moogle weapons were getting boosted up to ilvl80, but in the patch notes it's ilvl75 and Titan Weapons are getting boosted up to ilvl80, Umm what's going on here? Mistranslation? or... were we lied to? Just would like some clarification please. Thanks.

A: The moogle weapons from 1.0 are item level 70; however, we will be making adjustments and raising them to 80. The weapons you already possess will also be increased.

I don't see any problems in noticing that they balanced it again due to Good King's proposed difficulty. It wasn't set in stone anyway, not the end of the world.

The gear scaling makes sense, by ramping up Titan's drops, and ramping Mog's a bit less. It's just simple logic.

Don't really care if this is how is supposed to be, that's fine by me. I just want some clarification is all so we know for sure which information is 100% correct.

I figure they are doing it so you can have Titan weapon for an alternate class/alternate relic, Moogle weapon for a little more oomph but not to outclass Titan/Relic (Cause if I recall, some of the Moogle weapons have pretty good stat placement...)
