You expecting 30 people to put in 10 mill each into something that can go down at anytime....yeah, good luck with that. Guilds crash and burn due to drama all the time.I have personally never had more then 4 mil at one time, and putting that ALL into an FC....lol and love my fc, but nope.

I never said that. I was pointing out that people don't have to put up 300 million themselves for their personal house, which is what several people in this and other threads appear to believe.

I'll also point out that the 300 million price is for the highest tier land with the largest plot. There are several options far less in price for those who do not have or do not want to spend that much gil including waiting 3 months. 10 million split 30 ways is only 333,333k per person, for example.
