Anyone with that much money is most likely in control of their servers economy, and would stand to make more money NOT buying a house, and controlling the people who are desperate enough to want one. The housing economy will dictate everything, and with their funds in hand, they stand to make more by being the only ones not owning one. It's a waste of gil for these people. They didn't make the money they did by spending it on stuff like this. They're rich for a reason.
