    SE can you please fix the typos on the patch notes?

    There are many lines that show the "Before" twice but no after, and I'm assuming the allagan hands don't offer only +1 DTR.

    There is hundreds of typo's in the patch notes, just take a glance for 5 seconds and you will see at least one. Somebody didn't take 10 minutes to look over something before they posted it.....
