    Medica 2 is a nerf for current content. I will feel it on twintania and titan tulmults. Where i want to get the party hp up asap , rather then in 30 seconds. medica 2 is a mp efficient way of doing it , but now less so.

    Am i really going to leave a target not at max hp for 30 seconds?
