Earth to yamface, yours is only 1 out 5 tiers, and the cheapest to boot. On my servers the cheapest is 20 mil, and for some it's 40mil.

What I don't get is...the best way to combat RMT sellers with this would be to make this housing affordable for the average FC. Instead, this is going to encourage players who feel they have no hope of ever affording housing at these prices to buy from RMT sellers.

Not worth it in the end, if some FC spends even 200+m on a something useless thats super cosmetic, i think its a waste. Content will be forgotten about in a week.

At the end of the day, we are paying for the content released. If players can't experience the content they are helping to fund, then that pretty much speaks for itself.
