well that is the current issue for FC House Price now.

I personally never expect SE to place a price that would allow a decent amount of FC to buy land for their FC Housing anyways. For now we can only wait and see how the decrease in prices over a set of time will handle.

Extremely disappointed with this pricing for Masamune.
If they keep this price structure for personal housing, for the average honest player that did not bot or RMT, housing might as well not exist as it would be out of reach.
I would not be able to afford a small house on the worse grade of land even if they did not divide my gil by 10 for ARR.

They won't keep it for Personal. FC Pricing is meant for the combination of most/all FC members together. Personal will be a lot cheaper probably 2-4 mil being the best personal house.

Except they think everyone can chip in several million gil. The small houses can't be made for more than 5-10 people given their size and even on my server 8,000,000 is a bit much. In my small FC NO ONE can afford that even if we pool our money together. Several of our members used up a lot of their gil to get multiple relic weapons because they enjoy multiple classes. As for me? I'm not big on crafting and don't find it enjoyable. I've been making money buy selling peacock ore, coke, etc. I only have 600k gil to my name. Of all the people in my FC I'm the wealthiest and I don't come close to the 8,000,000 asking price.

I'm sure you've seen me around the forums defending the game quite a bit but honestly? There's no defending this. 8,000,000 for a small house is ridiculous and we already accepted that would be our goal. A very very small percent of the FC population is going to afford even a small house let alone medium or large. For a game aimed towards casual players this is a slap in the face to casuals everywhere.

You are right, and I do agree the prices are absurdly high. It not like it will stay that way though. It will decrease every 6 hours and they may just fix the prices manually with a hotfix. I highly doubt it will stay that long with the amount of people complaining (including me)

leveling from level 1-50 you get maybe 250k a free company with 500 members and if everyone gave 200k of that gil to the housing fund that would still only add upto 10 million gil.... the housing land plot is more then 10x the amount that is even feasible for a full fc with everyone to level 50

Hmm, just a thought. SE can correct this by employing the same principle they used for the Gil Wi......err redenomination. Just drop the last 0 on the pricing. They have already set the precedent.
