http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...t=51-&order=At least 20 of them have active members above 100. If each member had 1 million gil to put toward housing they could easily buy the first class large on that server. It is not only the legacy servers. 100 million on a new fresh EU server is way too high. I do not know the average size of a proper FC, but if we would say it is 50 people you would still need every member to chip in 2 million. Well I know for sure that 80% of my FC does not have 2 million.
Why can't people love SE and Final Fantasy as much as I do?!
This is a little bit ridiculous, but I'm not going to let it get me down. I do feel that SE kind of mislead people a little bit with this, even though they never have said what the cost would be, they did seem to imply that it wouldn't be anywhere near this much Gil. Oh well, pinch your pennies peoples.
i'm sorry me and my casual fc member have a real life to attend.. we aren't you, who sit infront of your pc everyday every hours making legit (illegal?) gilsPooling 1 million only and you're complaining? If you can't even pool such as small amount (and yes, 1 million is a small amount, I don't care who you are) then you made absolutely no attempt at making gil whatsoever and you really really REALLY do not deserve housing. Period.
we are not robot who only try to make gils, we try to enjoy every aspect of the game or just enjoy the laidback fc chat and all
we do make some gil, but not everyone able to make 1 mil
you sir, won the selfish award of the year and of course a white knight crown from SE
I'm sorry, but they originally said that the housing price would be that of multiple players completing all the content in the game and saving all that money. There is no where NEAR that much money to be had in any FC, legacy or not. There needs to be more specific details, because as it stands, with the price of the large houses that you NEED to have to do the airship content later on what's the point of even sinking 20 mil on the cheap stuff? I know I'm speaking on a single price table, but just suppliment your servers min and max prices for each tier lol. There is not enough coming in to the servers to get close to those top numbers any time within the next year with the way the games economy is, so what's the point of even having it implemented? Was this bring your kid to work day? You just let a bunch of 5 year olds look at the shiny things and say how much it should cost? Cuz that's about what it feels like.
I would love to see the data the Devs are basing their pricing on. I would definitely like to see how that money is distributed among the server populace, I would also like to see a comparison to wealth vs game progression. I would venture to say that the most of the wealth is concentrated among-st 2-3% of the population and their activities are are almost solely used to make Gil whereas the vast majority of players are more concerned with playing the game as it was meant to be played ans use what little Gil and Myths they earn to improving their characters for the next level.
Actually not even the "elite" can afford the houses until the price drops to where the gil cap is at. When the game went from 1.0 to ARR the gil cap went from 999,999,999 to 99,999,999. SE done stated that 99,999,999 is the gil cap. So they do need to make adjustments still. I think they forgot about that and just looked at the overall circulation of gil based on each server.
hahaha,
so much for making crafting useful. The market for furniture is gonna be booming!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go Go Gadget RMT!
