I think the smaller housing is overpriced. It would be nice if there were a lot of entry level plots for people so most FCs, casual or otherwise would have access to it without too much grinding.

However, I think the high end plots are spot on. They are massive investments that exist for prestige and prestige alone. They're meant to be ridiculous goals to work towards for the 1% of the 1% that have to have the best and biggest houses.

Only the 1% have basement to build airship and other special benefits.Who wanna join fc with small or medium housing. Not forgetting you can't upgrade directly.

Right because you *need* your own FC airship in this game. It's already ridiculously cheap and easy to get anywhere in this game at near a moment's notice.
