This is all a trap ploy from SE. If you're a legit big FC who manages to get one of these expensive ass plots, then expect it to be seized and investigated for months. Prices will slowly come down so I'd wait. The 14% is an error as are numerous things within the patch notes(Typos etc) Numbers have distorted our view on things. First off if everything was made easy to obtain we would have more bs posts of:

So yah we need to earn our houses for the coming months, Moogle forbid we need to spend time with our FC to earn more money to get a small plot. Want something big right off the bat well to bad. Like I said earlier if you're an RMT buyer or an actual Legit player/FC with money I would honestly wait before buying something really expensive but I know I'll be seeing:

See, the problem here is the HUGE discrepancy between server prices.

I can't even get a medium plot of land for the price you would pay for the biggest, bestest plot of land ever.

Just because I happen to reside on a server that has the most gil 'in circulation' doesn't mean that my playstyle matches those that have the hoards of gil.

so basically if you don't have hundreds of people in your FC because you want to actually know and play with the people in your FC you are screwed? We have 11 players in our FC and only 3 of them have more than 1 mil. Gil, we were looking forward to housing but with these prices it will never ever become even remotely interesting or simply available to us. That's just horrible design SE - this is simply for fun, a game within the game yet you make it so we'd actually have to spend 24/7 farming gold or recruit hundreds of members who are willing to give the fc Gil for housing. You just completely fucked any smaller FC.
