WHAT?! 625 Million for first class House?

I know crazy right? SE clearly stated that housing would cost 3-4 times how much you make from 1-50. I earned 300k going from 1-50 and I'd say I'm about average. 3-4 times that is about 1 million gil. If I donated that money to my FC and every other member of my FC did the same, we'd be able to buy a house of the appropriate size for the company.

20 people = small company = 20 million gil = small house
75 people = medium company = 75 million gil = medium house
250 people = large company = 250 million gil = large house

Look, I don't really wanna get into it with you, but the problem for many is this simple:

My friends and I have played this game since 1.0 launch. We saved, we worked together, we played fair. We STLL can't logically afford a 'good' house on our server. So while I agree that 'not everyone should have a big house' A FC of 40 active members should be able to afford a 'big house' after 2+ years of playing the game....without totally bankrupting themselves. I don't need to be house poor.

No, a "big" FC should be able to afford a "big" house. 40 members is considered "medium". You should be able to afford a "medium" house if everyone puts in a decent amount of effort.
