Again, this is just with spare change from dungeons, the worst, but easiest, way to make Gil.

The path of least resistance =/= what people should do. An example is just an example, personally I can make a days worth of Wanderer's Palace runs Gil in a hour or so of crafting.

Gil from dungeons provides a simple, and consistent measure of how much Gil anyone can produce. That's why I use it as an example...

Technically speaking, I imagine it would be far more efficient to farm Wanderer's Palace for Gil by just pulling the first few mobs (up to the first or second set of bugs, since they're so weak) and then leaving and reentering. With a premade that's certainly possible, and those first few pulls are a few minutes for quite a bit of Gil.
