I repeat, 20M for a small house is insane. Those houses are for 6-8 person. A FC that small cant afford that much money, especially if they're not legacy players (not everyone in a Legacy server is a legacy player).

Nobody has ever said every FC could afford a house, in fact they clearly stated that it will be something a big FC could afford on day 1
They said the price of a FC house would be the sum of the money adquired from 1 to 5 for a couple of players. Thats not true , atleast on legacy servers.
