WHAT?! 625 Million for first class House?

its not that bad on most NA EU servers, except for Balmung Excalibur Hyperion Ragnarok Sargatanas who would spend like 150 mil for the top house after 90 days and those guys are rich, that makes the market go pretty healthy,

all 600+ mil houses are for JP Legacy servers, the japanese play this way more as their servers still even have character creation restriction.
how much is a ice shard on those servers? its like 100 gil on Lamia.

It is not only the legacy servers. 100 million on a new fresh EU server is way too high. I do not know the average size of a proper FC, but if we would say it is 50 people you would still need every member to chip in 2 million. Well I know for sure that 80% of my FC does not have 2 million.
