Why people think the biggest and best land and house which suppose to fit 100+ players is a casual feature is definitively beyond comprehensive.

I agree with you, somewhat on this point. Should the richest of the rich have the best house? Probably. It's the lower end prices of it all that baffle me. Even for what's supposed to be a team effort it seems a bit much. I'm all for having to work for something in an MMO but I think the prices could have been a bit lower if these are the finalized numbers.

Actually, she was pretty damn spot on. I don't know if you've noticed or not, but everything of real value is hard to sell these days. The few things that do sell regularly, good luck not being undercut.

I was really looking forward to this... great that SE thinks that they should exclude like 99% of the servers from housing.

For me housing always was something you had just for fun, something you could spent some time on between the repetitive raids/quests and since i did quit SWG in 2005, i was looking forward to something like that again.

But well, SE did decide that i dont deserve that fun.

And yes, i know, in 6 months personal housing will come and if everyone crosses their fingers, they will even have reasonable prices (if we have alot of luck...) but after 3 years of waiting for improvements of FFXIV, im really sick of waiting...

Without forcing myself to level to 50 on a craft to provide very good Gil.
I can try to take Fleece and co. but y'know we have teleporting shits
all over the place. You also risking yourself to be banned of having a high amount of gil.

20 people = small company = 20 million gil = small house
75 people = medium company = 75 million gil = medium house
250 people = large company = 250 million gil = large house

20 people isnt apropiate for a small house.
