Making these so expensive just basically wastes the time development spent on this thing as most everyone can't even afford the smallest plot for months and months out still. Why do this? It makes no sense other than a gotcha-grab me way to get excess gil out of the market.

Houses should be a Luxury, the furniture and accessories should be a luxury that is either earned with gil or through doing content and obtaining (with RNG). LOTS should not be a Luxury, they are not a finite amount of resource like gil can be they are land inside an instance that will eventually spawn another instant when all the Lots have been purchased. You want your HOUSE to be the selling point of the FC, your bragging rights to other FCs as they can see your furniture and your modeling and be like "dang, I wished I had that Ifrit mirror." As it is, I'm just going to laugh at people who buy a Large Lot because chances are they just blew all the gil they had and can barely afford to make/outfit the House. Owning a Lot is not going to be "elite" in 2.1 it's a joke.

2. RMT sell house to player on website.
3. Player leaves his FC. Player joins RMT FC. Made leader.
4. RMT leaves FC. Player invites old FC members.

Tada. All you need is about $800 and you got a first class FC house.

I must Voice my Opinion as well SE. You have created this large Housing update and all this content, and now so few are ever going to experience it. Only a few FC's will be able to afford this.

You must rethink your Housing Prices. You are going to lose many Valuable players with this kind of move. I urge you to quickly discuss and reform this structure.
