Only two other things I would have asked for are: Cure potency fix for PLD, and HG animation fixes. Both of the changes though that made it are great.
Its not fixing Shield Oath, its buffing it.
Works as intended currently, but the modifier wasn't high enough.

My prediction: SE will keep war amazingly devastating in PvP so later down the line you must do lolPvE to get PvP stuff... and that will fix the 'lack of tank' issues. /pets cat.
I figured this would happen when I saw the enmity increase on Defiance. It's not a "fix" so much as a reevaluation of the enmity generation subgame. The devs likely realized that tank enmity didn't scale at the same pace as DPS enmity (due to a lack of mainstat on intended tank accessories as well as around 50% of total itemization devoted to parry, which adds absolutely nothing to enmity/damage) and adjusted the enmity modifiers of the tank stances upwards to bring them in line.
Who cares. Shield Oath is getting a buff and that's all that matters.
