Allagan lv95 no stat change means?

actually just people do not understand the word STATS & Paramaters changes.

Stats of the Weapon Allagan will remain the same, just stats parameters will be boosted to that ilvl 95, some people think stats wont changes as in it wont be boosted which is not what they, the dev, meant at all.

There, now you don't look just as confusing as the official translation.
