Yoshida said it would have all the features (UI/keyboard/mouse) as the PC, but any other limitations would most likely be based on comparing to PC graphic options (and future options, as 2.2 or 2.3 were going to up the graphics for PC version)

It's nearly a port of the PC version. (With PSvita options, and no graphic options)
