Its the same exact system as WoW just the names are different, if you called it Rested XP people would stop complaining about it. :P

I have to thank Square-Enix for the amazing job they have done recreating Final Fantasy XIV from Scratch. Especially the inclusion of Missing Genders which we petitioned for in good faith. This was proof to us players that the Developers are truly Sympathetic to our requests and that being honest and vocal can pay off with the amazing characters we have who are Female Roegadyn, Male Miqote, and Female Highlanders. Thank You SE, Thank You Community Team, Thank You Yoshi-P.
I sure hope they don't name it "rested experiance" because experiance isn't a word.
All they had to do was make normal SP/XP green and fatigue SP/XP white. People would prefer the illusion of a bonus to the illusion of a penalty. We escape to these games because real life has enough penalties.
It's already colourized. Green signifies Guardian's favour effect, and when you're under fatigue, you start as yellow, and slowly go into Red.

The real point in this is that the wording used clearly says "bonus", when it's actually not.
I just want them to call it something else that doesn't sound like your getting bonus points =.=
