It's in the extended warranties you purchase as well... it's a standard disclaimer that means if it gets hit by lightning, drowned in a flood, etc. Crushed in an Earthquake would also be considered an 'Act of God'.
Although I wonder if that would cover the act of multiple gods (ie Roman/Greek Pantheon) as opposed to the Christian 'single' God...? probably does, but it could be a loophole, if you can prove that it was the work of multiple gods and not just one.
