see, its something more like:
Heavy Swing -> /p taking in 3 -> Skull Sunder -> Provoke -> Butcher's Block

taking in 3 (said in voice or party) gives the current main tank warning to not use big skill on next GCD if combo is at that phase to ensure it switches correctly. in T2, a good tank focus tarets the other tank and watches for their debuff to fall off to know its coming and already knows RoH or BB is a bad idea as provoke is coming.
