I really like how they're reasoning for our rematch with Ultima Weapon. I suppose it's too much to ask for the Wandering Minstrel to recount my fateful encounter with The White Raven? Really enjoyed that fight, wouldn't even need a reward to get me doing it again.

I like the reasoning for the Minstrel as well. I couldn't think of any reason of it being harder other than him exaggerating the hell out of it. (I hope our characters give him a WTF face after he's finished 'telling' the story)
I hope this Wandering Minstrel thing becomes a recurring event, let us play out the grandiose stories he lays out for us without tampering with the lore.
I lore the Treasure Map system, seems like good open world fun, I'm hoping for 100% exclusive goods to it though.
The Beastmen quests actually sound interesting, like we have to earn their trust
2.1 No reason to actually role a Hyur character now!
If I remember correctly, Treasure Hunts are going to reward consumables (a timeworn map leading to a chest with food in it? No thanks...), crafting materials and tomestones. Never stated what tomestones, but I'd assume Philosophy, and I really hope the crafting materials include Potash/Coke/etc....
Considering the storyline per coil? (Since that's an extension of it) it wouldn't make much sense xD.
I just noticed, looks like we're getting two "new" enemies with Pharos Sirius;
Leeches... Oh fun...
It doesn't need to make sense, since it would just be a retelling of the fight that we play out. I mostly just want to revisit Rivenroad, since that was such an awesome zone (and the only arena in the game which wasn't a plain circle...). Oh, and that music, Giaus didn't do it justice in the slightest, even if it was missing the vocals... Would be great for people who didn't get to experience it to have a go, too, though I guess the fight would have to be redesigned fairly significantly to go with the new combat system...

Oh man, please tell me the Warrior PvP armor isn't a another trashcan suit. Hasn't Square gotten enough negative feedback to know to leave that design alone for a while?
