Swimsuit Titan HM - Screenshots and BRD Gear Comparison

My FC and I jumped into Titan HM for one of our silly bikini/undies runs last night. I had a blast and wanted to share it, but I can't record anything ;_; ... so I settled for screens.

It was a one-shot, though the fight dragged to 12 minutes - we were missing a DPS. Our 8th member stripped off everything and equipped a lvl 1 Weathered Spear right before the pull. We didn't notice it until it was too late XD. His defense was around 4, so he was dead (and too weak to do much damage) for most of the fight.

Aside from chest piece and pants, most of us were geared with DL/iLVL90 in our other slots. See my 3rd post below for a comparison of stats between my BRD as geared in the fight, and my BRD in mostly AK gear.

Half the party was on PS3, other half on PC.

MOSTLY AK GEAR vs. BIKINI/RELIC/DL/iLVL 90
I was curious how my geared up bikini BRD compared to a BRD in mostly LVL 60 gear. I threw on Ifrit Bow, left side all Toxotes gear, right side: 2 Electrum Rings, Imperial Wristlets, a Peltast Choker, and Toxotes Earrings. (Note: solo stats)

AK BARD
HP: 3177
Dexterity: 388
Vitality: 298
Defense: 367
Magic Defense: 367

Bikini BRD
HP: 3336
Dexterity: 421
Vitality: 309
Defense: 250
Magic Defense: 264

Bikini BRD has 159 more HP, 33 more DEX, and 11 more VIT... but has 116 less DEF and 102 less M.DEF. I'm not sure how the stats compare on other jobs, but here it's a trade-off between DPS and defense/survivability. I think it's about on par with doing Titan HM in WP/AK gear or slightly less.


It's a very fun fight to do in swimsuits. I'm hoping we try ghost costumes next. If you have a fun/silly screen of bikini/underwear/ghost Titan, let's see it! :3
