Same problem here,

however, I already tried several things to solve this without success.

Update all drivers: dont work
Update to DirectX: dont work
Shutting down Firewall and Anti Virus: dont work

I am using a:
AMD FX-8350 Eight Core Processor at 8x4000Mhz
16GB DDR3 RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7850
Windows 7 Professional N

A solution would be awesome.

The first one to solve this will be my eternal hero >.<
