    Write (or make a macro with it): /blist add <r>

    That will add to your blacklist the last person that sent you a tell. You can also take an extra step and report them. There's a topic in the Help Desk (in game, in the menu) reading "RMT issues", or something like that, that has instructions on how to report them.

    Thanks for your help but I have tried right clicking and no such options are available. Do I have to change my settings to allow this

    That (right-click) option is only available from 2.1 (i.e. when the maintenance ends and you log in after downloading the latest patch).
