Melee Limit Break Question

So I just hit 50 on my MNK and have noticed DRGs talking how there LB is better than MNKs because they can stack the LB with Life Surge and BfB. I have BfB but of course dont have Life Surge and to be honest after a few tries I kind of think that DRGs LB might actually be better than MNK. My question is, am I just overreacting or does DRGs buffs actually stack with the LB?

Limit break damage is determined by the average ilvl of the parties weapons period, buffs do not add on to it.

i believe main stats are included but the same remains true, your buffs don't count.

Yep. Limit Break damage is based on the entire party, not a single person's.
Doesn't matter who uses it

DRG in full i90 and DRG in bikini will LB for the same damage if they are in the same party. Buffs do not increase damage.

Actually it's better for the melee with the worse gear to LB so the one with the better gear can keep doing their combos

/p lol yeah your going to make a limit break crit with a 30% damage boost, do you know how insane that sounds.

If damage bonuses counted Monks LB would be the best and it would be off the damned charts....


Also the weakest player that can use the LB that is needed should use it. That way the higher dps player can continue to do their thing.
