i just LOL everytime i see the whole "fates made you suck" topic. you always forget the REAL reason people suck. a lot of people are idiots and dont try. Fates are perfectly fine the way they are. they in no way affect how a player learns their class

No, that is wrong. I leveled up my WHM just doing FATEs. All I used was Virus, Thunder, Aero I & II, some Stone 2. And sure, Cure when needed. FATEs might be all right with BLMs, so one can exercise on how to maximize the DPS. But with some other classes you learn nothing.
