So aside from the problem where most classes dont learn how to play their class to their full potential because of fates; it also destroyed the economy.

There is no need for players to buy low level crafted gear or any low level item for that matter because its not really needed if players are leveling thru fates.

I leveled my PLD all the way to 50 with only lvl 15 armor and weapon.... Theres something wrong with that.

Aside from Spritbonding, the best money making options in the game involves farming/crafting things for other crafters (Tomes for 2star, Fleece, apukka, etc...)

I know they are buffing Dungeons to be more inline with fates but unless XP significantly higher in Dungeons, this wont fix the problem. Players will still fate Grind due to the fact that a dungeon que are long unless your a tank or healer.

Suggestion:

1. Make Fates FFXIV version of Notorious Monters. Make their timers Extremely Long, but make there reward really good. Possibly dropping BiS Weapon/Gear for their respective fate levels.

2. Buff dungeons similiar to how they Buffed AK and WP making Monsters drop Gil. That way players are passively earning gil while learning to play their classes to its full potential.
