Leveling isn't hard with the correct leve's and enough people to link with, the problem is that its boring. At least in FFXI you got to SEE the game world by going to different regions to exp. In 14 its basically just nophica wells, broken water, cedarwood, cassiopeia hollow.

Leveling in its current state is very poor in 14, I never see any grind parties that aren't 44+ raptors. We don't see enough of the game world on our journey to 50 IMO.

Can we stop beating the dead horse soon? The game is being worked on for all of you who did not get that memo. Hence why we do not pay monthly for it. If you do not like it. Simply stop playing or have some patience and faith and wait until the changes have been implemented. Then turn the ignition to your whambulance. Thank you.

the problem is that 1 is hard to find ppl to leve with ......because lots of ppl quited so the population is very low , and the ppl that is playing dont want to do yet another !$"% leve.

so u can solo it ......good , and then .....go grind......until u are tired , hit fatigued , is fun as hell

this game is boring no doubt , the travel to 50 is a pain , leve leve , grind leve leve , grind

crafting isnt much fun .....and the u have mining / botanist / fishing LOL.......

this game need more party gameplay , camps like FFXI , dungeons , something to do u know with others in a MMORPG.....

i loved FFXI because the party gameplay was there , yeah frustrating sometimes when u have been 1h seeking .....but oh well..... better that than solo grind >.>

I can see your point.. I strongly despise the leve system. It becomes such a systematic routine that there's no fun or care as to what you're actually doing. You just find 7 people and go crazy...

I'd love FFXI's system. I like this post.

Massive means extremely large, which could refer to the zone, not directly stating the amount of players in a said instance.

    ...for real ? LOL
sorry to say this, but in your conception of mmorpg any multiplayer game should be a mmorpg, even something like burnout paradise or red dead redemption.
face it, diablo and guild wars are pseudo-mmorpg.

In MMORPG, the MM is actually one concept as a whole. Massive Multiplayer.

Doesn't mean the world is massive, because that can apply to single-player games.

Massive multiplayer most likely refers to the hundreds or thousands of players that are playing on the same server in the same world.

In Diablo's case, the only concept where that game is Massive Multiplayer is the hub, or lobby.

when u log off from diablo or guild wars the zone just dissapear and no1 cant go there , since u were the "host" of it... (other than "hubs" or lobbys )

in FFXIV if u log off , the world still exist and continue w/o u , in Gw or Diablo no.
