Dragoon and Aggro

That is an actual thing that happens, yes. What happens is that for whatever reason at a facepull or at the very initial moments before the monster 'reassesses' it's enmity priority at the start of the fight it will rather randomly pick a player to aggro on.
Sometimes the monster won't have time to even get near the target before it sees the tank has highest enmity and will just turn around and go towards it. Aggro shift isn't instant I do believe enemies reassess every few seconds.

Yeah.. I was chilling at the back of the group at Caduceus last night, our whm was bouncing around and aggro'd her, she went straight for me

You are not crazy...this happen to me last night as well in a WP run. We could not explain it either. We just shook our heads and went on with the fight.

Happened just one time in WP, with the fish some people try to sneak past. Tank ran in front of them and they turned to me immediately. This was the only time I've seen it and thought maybe it was just some weird lag or something.

Some monsters just don't like the look you give them. :P Titan hates me, i got 8 gaols on two runs the other day.
