    The Vitality is really the main reason I'm looking into this because lately I feel like a lot of parties request you to have 4k HP and even though my main gear is all ilevel70 and I have a relic +0, im at 3500 HP :/
    The only place where you need 4k+ HP is turn 5 and Twintania (well for now, we'll see what 2.1 brings). You shouldn't worry about it at all until you've beaten 1-4 in Coil. And you can do those with relic and full darklight and carry your weight.

    Also depends how you handle fireballs. We just 4-stack them since we don't need the LB3 for snakes so 3.8k with food is more than enough.

    Darklight has a higher PIE cap (8) than Astral (6) and is really easy to get.

    Wait for patch 2.1 to lower the cost of crafting Astral Ring if you go that route. The main advantage for getting Astral is the extra VIT and the ability to use it on BLM/SMN as well.

    I’d go with an astral ring, since you can meld it with vit/crit and then use it on your smn as well.

    Astral ring will be worth the investment. You can use it on other casters as well.

    Ideally you want both i90 rings. If you ever need a smidgen more VIT (pretty much only for Turn 5 if you're missing a lot of left side i90), melded Astral Ring should replace one of them (doesn't really matter which but I'd keep the Hero ring on). Personally I cleared turn5 today with a melded HQ Tourmaline Ring paired with my Allagan healing ring, so if your skill and other gear is up to snuff it doesn't matter that much. Even for Turn 5.
