Full STR WAR is nothing to write off.

When I can trade 1 VIT for 2 STR, I'll do that. (see crafted jewelry vs. i90)
When I so far outgear the toughest content in game that I don't need HP, then I'll trade 1:1. That hasn't happened just yet and hopefully it never will.

Assuming the benefit of STR doesn't change from current, of course. Good chance that it might at some point.
