[Bad Company] looking to fill static group

We are currently looking for a permanent Black Mage and Scholar for our static raid group. (Other applicants will always be considered)

Bad Company is a small Free Company and intends to stay small. (hopefully the size of 1-2 static groups)

Members are asked for the following;

Have a main class and secondary class declared for loot priorities for raiding.
Dedicate time every week to gathering to help the FC coffers.
Cap themselves at 100k gil.
Consistently progressing their gear, and level of play.
Play for the good of the team, rather than themselves.

As we are a group of friends IRL, nobody has a problem caping themselves for the group. We understand that this can be a turn off to some, and will not require members whom we do not know in person to do this.

We are all on a first name basis, and will be with all those who will join us. If interested please reply or message Van Banefire while in game around 8:45 pm - 3:00 am EST M-F or all day Saturday and Sunday.

after recent inquiries, i feel i must make a quick reply. Our current group has not step foot into coil yet. As i am claiming to be the most geared, i currently have 5 ilv 90 items, counting +1, 1 ilv 80, and the rest is DL. most of the group is not far behind. The group has previous mmo experience from WoW.
