    Its not that hard to edit a website dude it takes 10-15 minutes at max. Surely yoshi can atleast spend 10-15 minutes just updating us on the status of the next patch....

    I rather them work on the patch ( all the time they need) then telling us stuff that people seem to always complain about? /nod

    1) Write letter
    2) clear it with management/marketing people
    3) edit letter according to management/marketing guidelines
    4) submit again for approval
    5) give letter to translators
    6) give translated letters in all languages to web team

    The sequence may not be exactly the same, but in big corporations there is a significant amount of red tape to go through, and the bigger the corporation, the more true this is. The community reps have a little more leeway, but undoubtedly have some clear guidelines as to what they can share.
